The app has many faults and bugs but I can give the lowest rate even only because of this one: when you have a story consisting of a few slides with sound or added songs, then most of the time when you play the story, at some points of some slides your playback is going to be stopped, looking as if the slide(s) needed to load. The only thing you can actually do then is to skip the faulty slide, which is going to stay faulty usually even if you reattempt playing the story many times.2024-05-21 00:37:06

So far...I've had no issues with Instagram except a small glitch. When I tried to comment on a post once I wasn't able to...then a small notice popped up saying "I'd be allowed to comment on reels after 2 day. This happened twice but hasn't occurred recently. Trying to post a picture from my camera roll to story, but the app doesn't see any photos in the camera roll. Only sees screen shots or downloads. I've signed out and in, deleted and reinstalled, reset all settings, etc.. It's been a month and IG has not done anything about it, or try to help. I'll have to use a different app for my content creation now. And of course there's no way to get a hold of them. They better fix this soon2024-05-20 14:06:14

A few examples of bad experience UX. 1. Every now and then I cannot see the actual time of when a story was published. It always says "1s" at the top. Not sure why happens, but it happens on periods of time. 2. Expanding a photo poat w/ longer description results in the text being hidden. There is currently quite a huge issue with this app. When trying to format images in a story, the screen goes completely black and you have to restart the process, upon which the photos get stuck in the 'processing' stage. I have tried every method to fix this to no avail, and am not the only person currently experiencing this. In addition, text keeps turning invisible when you try to write something on your story.
