Unable to access 5G network I specifically ported to a Jio connection after confirming that 5G trialrun was accessible at my address. My experience with jio was very smooth until recently... I always reacharge for the rs 61 unlimited 5g network since it was available...and I was pretty happy with the unlimited 5g network..but from 2 3 days the network speed is constantly in 4g... maybe sometimes 4g+ and never 5g...as a result I'm only getting 6gb... I called in the customer service...they said they've raised complaint from their side...but still I'm facing the same issue....2024-12-08 05:46:09

Unfortunately, the Jio Playstore app lacks proper tracking details for service requests. It's frustrating not being able to monitor the progress of my requests efficiently. The worst connection ever.. initially they asked us to take 30Mbps plan and told that it will be more than enough. But the speed was not enough to work. So, we have to upgrade the plant to 100 Mpbs and even now we the connection is slow. When tested, the speed is fluctuating between 50 to 80Mbps and sometimes even 10Mbps. We have raised a complaint for which they have changed the router but still we are facing the same issue.. I think it's better to take local internet connection than Jio2024-12-06 15:14:59

Most worst application as well as company ever. Keeps sending mail as well as notification from the app for recharging your sim card, even though when I still have like more than 20 days remaining for the expiry of the current pack. The offers in the app are also worst and the internet consumption speed is too much, if an application is like 5m the data used to download the same app is around 100mb.2024-12-06 03:06:59
