Usually works well. But I once got charged a cancellation fee after the driver no-showed and I had to wait 15mins until the next driver came. Grab Support was unavailable to correct this. If you paid via cashless, app does not return your funds immediatley after a canceled order and will take up to, they say, 30 days. I was hoping that when i ordered ahead, the food will make it just in time for my visitors. Instead, the order was cacelled after i waited for 2 hours because there were no riders, my funds got on hold, and i was force to pay another payable (almost double) amount (that I CAN BARELY AFFORD) since we had no food to serve to the guests. On multiple occasions, it happened that drivers would accept and then just park. If you cancel after 3 minutes, you are stuck with a fee and there is no repercussions for the drivers. Overall the user is always left hanging. This happens with both transportation and delivery services. And help center basically ignores you 99% of the time. Update: Grab premium now doesn't accept 5 passengers even though the cars are 6 seaters. Instead you have to book 6 seater car and get a smaller vehicle.2024-12-07 16:23:51

Applications are like robbers, never enter credit card data as a means of payment, because due to errors, carelessness or negligence of the rider, all costs can be charged to us even if we cancel. It is better for you to use cash payment. I experienced this when I was in Kuala Lumpur- Malaysia because most riders there like to take advantage of the weakness in the Grab system, namely the cancellation fee. Very slow customer service. I had an issue with payment not being cleared on their end and it still isn't resolved after 2 weeks. 1 email reply per week. This could have easily been solved within 2-3 days, but the incompetence makes it 3-4 weeks. Great job.2024-12-07 12:52:29
