  • very poor resolution to missing items or bad deliveries. stuck with a chatbot most times. if one can get thru to an actual human they only respond with canned replies and refuse to refund. also, there is a limit on refunds: even if your claim is legit, they make you wait, buy more, before you are "qualified" for refund status. total ripoff. i have a free uber one account from a credit line and even so i may just uninstall the app. there are plenty of competitors to choose from.

  • Absolutely life-saving app! There are times that I don't have a car, and Uber Eats come through with the food. The variety of restaurants is crazy good, too. I love how there's options for you to pick from, I.e. Burgers, Halal, Pizza, Pasta, Drinks and more. The delivery prices are reasonable. Highly recommend it

  • Terrible customer service. The app double ordered for me. I immediately canceled and was charged $20 for a cancelation fee instead of being given my money back or credited my money back. A technical problem with in the app, and the customer is penalized for it. All 3 of their agents i talk to talked in circles and end the chat when they have no answer. Would rate zero stars if possible.

  • Horrible interface that changes randomly between what you ordered last time and what others did; Artifically inflated prices to convince you to pay for their subscription service; Tip percentages change to keep you at a certain threshold, and sometimes it just gives up and provides flat $ amounts; They removed distinguishing features from chain restaurants so its harder to tell if youre ordering from one nearby or literally in a different state unless you check (yes that happened to me once).

  • Very quick and convenient, especially when you're having car problems or travelling. The only thing I wish is that the delivery fees weren't so high. I seems like I pay almost double the price of the order after the tip and service charge. I accept, it's the price of convenience. If only these kind of modern conveniences were available the first few decades of my life. All the generations that grew up with smart phones and delivery service apps will never comprehend how spoiled they are.

  • Got scammed by their delivery person. After waiting for nearly 2 hours, he brought a fake package that's completely different to what I've ordered (I didnt take it), and then cancels the order in a way that cannot be refunded (app says delivery person made a reasonable effort to make a delivery before cancelling so it cannot be refunded lol). Which means I've basically paid uber for getting nothing delivered and ruining my dinner.Also there is absolutely no contact number for customer support.
