Doesn't work. They sent me coupons to use vía text daily. I used a coupon and come to find out that it was it was not applied although i still had 3 days before it expired. Worst delivery app ever! Someone got my order and it never came. I'm still waiting for my refund and it's been 4 days since they "refunded". I don't know whats going on! Apparently I can access some big discounts and promotions that are linked to my phone number, but when I try to link my account to my phone number it says its already being used, I checked and I do not have any other accounts so it does not make sense. Someone has been using my bank card to order food on PedidosYa, and 1/4 attempts were successful before I blocked the card. Their Customer Support marked my inquiry about the fraudulent transactions as Spam/Irrelevant after it was pending for a week, and they haven't replied until now. I ordered for the first time, waited 40 minutes (minimum waiting time stated) and still read “in process“. After waiting an hour my order disappeared from the app with no warning at all.
