Don't use this app. Payments fail very frequently and that's not even the worst part, it says "your payment will be done in 30 minutes". Which means you have to stay with the person you are paying for 30 mins and get judged by them. Atleast make it definite that transaction is canceled and let me use other payment methods. I have been in these embarrassing situations many times because of this. Thought it happens rarely, but NO! I have to go through the same thing almost every week.2025-06-23 08:33:23

Very worst experience I had ever... I paid 20000 rent from these app through credit card...they took amount but the but the amount not yet credited to recivers bank... I tried to call but unable to connect with rep ..once connected but they didn't give correct information they refused to give information and they requested to cut the call and they said they will call with in 1 hour but it's almost 2 days but no call from them.....very worst experience ever....I need my money back ...2025-06-23 00:15:02

Transaction statement for UPI lite and wallet are not properly delivered. They should show the updated balance in the statement. For normal UPI transactions banks provide statements for transaction. I recently felt a little ambiguous regarding my UPI lite balance. I checked the statement. But the updated balance is not shown. Very disappointed. I use bigger fonts on my phone but when i do open phonepe and i am on the final stage of finalizing the payment its pin keypad seems like the numbers are running out of their position.
