Play store should allow 0 star ratings as well. This is only useless and non-friendly app I've ever been through. It's not helpful at all. The customer service are the worst, I've been trying to contact them through livechat for a week now, there is no reply at all. Respect your customers and prioritise our needs as we are paying every month without any delay, in return you guys just treating us like we are on debt. Time, the apps really need some upgrade or heavy bug fix.. the sync between rewards and support ticket is not functioning well.
