App doesn't load, try to email the contact on here, which I have seen they encourage, to be told my email wont be accepted due to restrictions by copart. After the update at the begininng of July the app wont load. Was great beforehand but useless now. Updated my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times nothing works2024-05-09 02:00:10

Good concept. Horrible execution. App lags and freezes all the time. Says I'm offline when I'm not. And no matter what I do it will not send me notifications when I'm sent vehicles. But only when logged in as 1 of my 3 accounts2024-05-08 13:04:08

Not really a point to this app. They say if you set an appointment it will get you in and out faster but it doesn't. Have set multiple appointments and everytime, all I do is wait way past my appointment time so they can continue loading everyone that was there before your appointment. The appointments are a big waste of time l, the app is a big waste of time. Just go as you normally would because the app does not do anything for you..2024-05-08 04:46:18

beyond frustrated right now. have been using the app since begining of march i think and havent had any issues. until today!!! i am trying to add cars to set up my appointment for later today and the server is down!! seriously if they are working on the app maybe try doing it on a saturday or sunday that the auction isnt open. being on a time crunch and having to deal with this is frustrating considering they dont give out paper gate passes at most copart anymore2024-05-07 03:37:20

Wont let me sign in even though the same account works on copart app and website. Tried on another phone and app wont even load. Have uninstalled and reinstalled on both phones but still no working and unable to schedule an collection. Support is useless as no response the only contact we have had is to say they will start to charge me for storage fees and when told there are issues with the app stopping me booking and appointment they said just to reinstall the app.2024-05-06 10:42:22

Does not let me log in, keeps saying incorrect password, password and username are correct , I have uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times, still unable to book a collection.
