The app has very functional features and is very easy to navigate. I do however feel it a little bit inconveniencing that it doesn't function without the Safaricom Sim Card data turned on prompting a very lengthy workaround especially for customers like me who are roaming (hoping this is not a bug). A tweak on the app to function without necessarily having roaming data on but with the SIM active would do the roaming customers some justice. (Just like in the good old days).2024-05-23 06:25:48

Extremely frustrating. I have used the app for a long time with no issues until it crashed recently. So I uninstalled and then tried to reinstall it, bad move. I cant open the app anymore it keeps asking that I put in a safaricom line yet I only have a safaricom line in the phone. Very frustrating. I use a Tecno Camon 12. The app still has some bugs. Crashes several times in a week, at times the keyboard works but some times it doesn't even if I relaunch the app. The forceful updates aren't very pleasing as well. My biggest gripe with it is that it doesn't recognize my safaricom SIM when there's another in the phone after reinstalling due to crashes. I do understand that it's still in beta testing but some things like the keyboard and SIM problems should be solved in the next update.2024-05-22 00:30:50
