Forced to use this horrible app, because of merger with BT. So now I am seeing "we can't load this information" when accessing plans and subscriptions (on top similar errors on the website). Today the error is different "we are fixing a few things right now" And no, EE, your script answer to uninstall and install the app again is not useful. This has to be one one of the buggiest and problematic apps I've ever used. From not loading my accounts info (I manage 4 family members) to being constantly unable to gift my data to them. The amount of times I get an error message telling me something isn't working and to try again is literally laughable from a supposed big company. But hey it's BT so I guess it's expected!. I'm actually fed up of trying to pay my bill! I've been round the app a dozen times and I have nothing anywhere saying manage bills and payments! I've tried the text service! Says it doesn't recognise my payment method. Won't let me link any products! Tried to take direct debit early and because I hadn't been paid yet it cancelled the direct debit. The app is very sluggish and most of the time it doesn't load at all. It used to be exciting to use but now I hesitate even the thought of opening it knowing I'll be disappointed. When you touch or select a link it also either doesn't respond or crashes. It has become nightmarish therfore I have downgraded the rating to 1. Do something EE2024-05-09 11:04:32

Worst mobile phone app I have ever used run rings around this app just to view you usage and half the time it does work and all you get is we are working hard to get it up and running again 9xs out of 10 this happens. The most basic function of an app: top up doesn't work with current card, and no option to add a new card. Tried from PC browser just getting an error message when trying to top up, not even getting the Manage cards. Sitting here abroad without data on a smartphone, because I can't top up. The app was always a disgrace, just a slow browser window. Avoid EE in general if you travel to EU as a Pay as you go customer, it's 10£ per week (!!!!) to use your allowance, with no option to buy a month.2024-05-09 02:51:28
