The app is very buggy in terms of using geo location. I've struggled several times and it has been months since it successfully accessed my GPS data. I can't use the checkin option nor find gyms nearby without typing in the postal code. There's no direct way to contact the support team from withing the app, only a not so helpful knowledge center when it comes to technical problems. User experience is pretty bad too. It's hard to navigate on the map after you visualise one gym, filtering is a pain2024-05-17 09:38:22

The UI of this app is TERRIBLE. How can it be a good idea to change what "Search" means? If I click Search, I want to search, not have you provide some random list of results. The general user experience is absolutely nonsensical - do you even understand what your users are trying to do with your app? And load times are inexcusable, even with cached results. The service behind the app is great, this app is hot trash.2024-05-17 04:51:58

This app is clunky beyond all belief. It refuses to recognize my pass level (even with filters) so I'm continually shown gyms and classes that require me to upgrade. The very first gym spent about 20 minutes trying to find me in the system and was unable to find me. The home page continually prompts me to add dependants, but I can't see my husband unless I click like I'm wanting to add a dependant. The calendar doesn't actually change when I filter unless I choose my favorites. :(2024-05-16 19:24:05

The app is incredibly slow and not streamlined for user experience. The offer of gyms and activities is very good, that's why i continue to use it. Specifically: When looking for classes, it always tries to load gyms nearest to you. This takes forever and is typically not what I want. Searching brings suggestions from the whole world, including other continents. Most gyms don't have their schedules integrated with the app. When looking for activities you miss most gyms. This is never mentioned.2024-05-16 13:30:01

I love having the flexibility to have many gyms accessible to me. It allows me to workout at a gym near work, on my way home to/from work and near home. I can see it having even greater value for people who travel often. There's a lot of room for improvement on the app but it's not bad enough that it would keep me from taking advantage of the service. Note: I have never used the virtual classes so can't comment on that piece. It seems pretty complicated although that's not why I haven't tried.2024-05-16 01:35:55

Great service, horrendous app. It constantly logs you out, seemingly takes 40 clicks to get to whatever it is you're looking for at the time, and the search defaults to NYC all the time (I am in nowhere near New York). The most annoying thing is that when I trying to search, it keeps asking me for me email even though I am logged in. It's a shame, because the concept is great.2024-05-15 21:43:22
