Even though the profiles are quite genuine, the app is extremely poorly built and maintained. It takes forever to load. The messages could not be seen. But worse than the app is the customer care. I've been following up with an issue with messages for two months with the customer care but all they seem to be incapable of fixing that issue. App has many technical issues. When you do back it doest goes to previous menu. There is no option to block any profile, only option in message section which doesn't work. The event notification screen doesn't close, we have to close app and restart again. Message history is vanished and can see only last 4 profile message conversation. Some Profiles are fake too. Application performance SUCKS to the core. 1. It take lot of time to search/refresh the search functionality. 2. Messages are not sent nor received on the applications. 3. Application takes hell lot of time to open profiles on mobile network. The performance of app is really bad. It keeps on buffering and can't even view profiles and messages. It has strict paid subscription policy, but the app doesn't perform upto the mark. It requires lot of improvements. Though the profiles are good but atleast app should work to view the profiles. Also, the app never worked on mobile internet. There are so many problems with the app. It is always buffering. I have sent messages to one profile, we can see that they were online for a long time yet the messages are not delivered to them. Their last seen is recent still messages are not delivered. Sometimes viewed profiles or contact viewed profiles are not visible. This is all after the new update.2024-05-18 08:07:43
