Abysmal support. An app bug prevented me from canceling a Tesla booking (wanted to swap for a non-electric car due to obscure additional charges), after several days and desperate tries to speak with support they ended up canceling the booking, leaving me having to pay a much higher fee for the date I needed the car for. The worst support ever, a stylish brand will only take you so far, without customer advocacy and help you won't last long.2024-05-23 00:20:09

Update: This issue eventually was resolved, so I will revise rating to 3 stars. ________ Original Review: Disgraceful. If you receive a parking fine, even if in error, Virtuo's policy is to accept liability on your behalf immediately so you can't contest it with the parking authority. They will pay any fine issued to you, and then charge you for it along with an extra £25 fee. I confirmed with Virtuo that this is their policy. Thanks for wasting me £85 Virtuo.2024-05-19 14:09:36
