Edit: Over the Last Minth they have stepped up their game and I haven't had any problems. I think as they better it, itll be a great APP! Always saying it's down or password isn't right or wifi unstable or timed out. Can't get through a single letter without it going down. Taking 3 days to finish one letter. Apparently, their system isn't big enough to handle this much activity or they are using a very cheap program. It would be fantastic if they could get it worked out. This is an excellent idea and i would even contribute to it.. All that installs is a picture of a bird. Just like the app image. When I click the link, there are no options to click on anywhere. Tried to load it twice. Samsung 9 Edit: It was all my mistake. I should have given it more time. It loads kind of slow. Letters didn't work with the pictures. The cards worked. I am not able to access the app anymore. Don't get any email for password resets. It really bites, I loved this app. I had even purchased some of the larger post cards. It is great when it works and you can use it. Everything was working fine before, but It's been 2 weeks that I haven't been able to send 2 FREE letters or cards per week. When I want to send a small card (which is supposed to be free, the app on the phone tells me I need 5 tokens (but the small card is supposed to be free), same thing with the letter, I need 10 tokens (but supposed to be free). The browser version you can type a message, save it as a draft, but when you want to send it, you can't, the "Continue" button is greyed out. I cleared the cache in the app version and in the browser version (tried different browsers, same thing), still no luck. I contacted their support through email. Wait and see. Update: Ameelio contacted me and reset my credits, working fine now, still that pesky notification "WiFi connection unstable" that others have mentioned. Also if you start to type a message on the web browser version, save it as a draft, then try to finish it on the app, you can't "Unable to load this piece of mail" you have to finish it on the web browser, lack of interoperability between different services2024-05-20 22:47:26

This app is extremely convenient and useful! I wish they had more variety to select from in regards to sending articles and self-help related topics and readings. Also, the letters take pretty long to arrive, but all in all, I'm grateful for this app and people who run this nonprofit. App is always down. This is very frustrating. Update: Everything is working again! Great app!!!! It hasn't been working for me, says that my permissions aren't allowed when I try to upload pic, but when I go to my settings it says no permissions are denied! Super frustrating, and, when I tried to email the app, it doesn't go through because the email associated with ameelio is disabled. When it works, it's a great app. It started working again, but now won't let me log in, or update my profile.2024-05-20 08:02:59
