This app requires a lot of improvements. User require auto renewal for all the subscriptions on two scenarios 1) when the credit balance is expired 2) when the credit period is expired. Second option is there, but it is useless, when the credit is expired earlier than the validity period. I am a Shababiya classic user. Raised a ticket to rectify the amount charged in my bill for the services that I have never opted for (I regularly experience this issue). I don't wanna be rude but here's the thing, since I don't know where I should complain about this, but the network speed of our wifi data plan has been very weak, lower than 300kbps for the past 3 months, we tried consulting the ooredoo branch office of our place but it's of no use.
