My biggest problem with this app is that you can only toggle bodies/components that were visible when you saved on Desktop. If you're toggling the visibility so you can work on things, then you have an idea for another part you want to check on while away from your desk, you can't. This severely limits the usefulness of the app, to the point where it's almost not worth opening.2024-06-05 05:17:49

Pros are obvious. View your Fusion360 files on the move, show/hide objects, etc. Cons are that the loaded file doesn't automatically hide objects hidden when you load the file in Fusion360 proper. 3D view manipulation also feels strange, using a combined orbit/pan/rotate method. It would also be nice to be able to view models in AR, similar to how eDrawing works with Solidworks. Good, but not a killer app.2024-06-04 05:15:07

If ur looking to edit or make new project this won't be for you you can add notes to eddit latter but that's about it kinda sucks to be honest they need to make it so u can acualy eddit or create a model even if it's just a Ruff draft that I could fix up on pc2024-06-03 21:54:59

Mediocre for viewing projects, nothing else. You can only look at projects/models already made, and that's it. You can't make new models, you can't edit models, nothing. Additionally, you are only viewing the final project, like what you'd get from a viewing only share link. It doesn't show sketches, planes, or any sort of construction anything. They were able to make a web based version to be accessed by Chrome books, so I don't know why they didn't just use that and change the U.I.2024-06-03 17:47:04

Doesn't work with sketches like the other guy said. Wanted to pull some dimensions off a sketch and it let me "open" a sketch, but the workspace remains blank. Revolved the sketch on pc and I can see the model now, but it's useless for anything requiring precision. You can only look at the model. It does have a "measure" button, but it won't let you actually select vertices or edges to measure from.2024-06-03 15:03:44
