Security is weak. No mpin, biometric security during transaction. Keep hanging or cracking. Regular use=bad experience. But ane thing I felt good is quick response! This is an update review. Khalti wallet app has the slowest update ever ,coz i transfer money to wallet thinking that i can pay my electric and water bill but unfortunately i can't find the payment counter for water and i send a message to the costumer care asking when the counter will added but they say may be near future that means they want to say they dont know it may take couples of years or decade to add just a counter .what a horrible answer they have given to me .so i prefer not use this useless app .2024-06-12 19:24:09

Hi Khalti Team, IT world is never safe. keep it updated and secure. Best Wishes. By the way, those stars are for excellent UI(X). If you want 5 stars, make it more trustworthy, "use two way authentication". E.g., currently,only id and password are required to login into khalti app. Take SIM card into consideration as well. I am esewa user . I recently tried to switch to Khalti but I am quite diappointed. Did a simple topup and it has been 2 hrs and i still didn't get that balance in my phone . Loading balance has similar problem. And cash back is messy- it shows that i received cashback but it doesnot refkect on my wallet. And notification is useless. I got a notification and tried to read it through khalti app and voila it says error. Completely dissatisfied.2024-06-11 09:35:29

Worst app seen ever. Cant transfer fund without filling KYC form. When filling KYC form then its again and again showing "Please add your passport size photo and one or more images of your front and back document". I had to mute all notifications including important ones because you give so many unnecessary ads as notifications. I went to the settings and selected not to sent me unnecessary notifications. If you guys could just figure out not to send me stupid notifications about movie tickets and flights it would be a great app. I will use it for whatever I need.
