Absolutely horrendous app, old app worked well with no issues but ever since this iteration of it, it has been unbelievably bad. No support from E either when you complain to them. Their response is to use the payment cards thereby rendering the whole app pointless.2024-06-18 14:15:37

This app is not fit for purpose trying to top up right now and I keep getting and error code saying we can't connect to the server. When are live meter balances coming to the app. They originally said it was being implemented in January and it's now March and still no love balance updates. Horrible interface - the alerts don't tell you when you're about to run out of credit, payments sometimes don't process, other times it's just a completely blank screen. Luckily their prices are okay otherwise I would definitely switch suppliers.2024-06-16 10:35:07
