Introduction

Plant Nanny is not your average reminder app. This innovative app not only keeps track of your daily water intake, but actually brings a virtual garden to life as you stay hydrated. When you first open Plant Nanny, it calculates how much water you need to drink each day and plants the first seed. Each time you drink a glass of water, you simply tap on the water droplet in the app, and watch as your plant grows and thrives. By visually tracking your progress, you can easily see how many more glasses of water you need to drink. Plus, the more consistently you meet your water intake goals, the more plants you can unlock. It’s like having a virtual garden that grows as you stay healthy and hydrated. With this app, you'll not only improve your water intake, but also cultivate a flourishing garden right at your fingertips.

  • I've had the app for about a year and I love it. But after my phone got an update it keeps crashing and I can't even open the app.

  • It started out as a great way to track my water intake. But after few weeks of using, I'm considering uninstalling it. Because every time I open the app every morning I get a ton of pop-ups. And every time I log my water usage, I get a pop-up to subscribe. The app is actively working towards pushing me away from using it. When in the beginning I was even cosidering subscribing to support the developers for the useful app then now, after tens of pop-ups per day, I wish I never downloaded it.

  • Haven't used app for awhile, but it used to be clearer how to add specified amounts of water. Now you press and hold and its easy to over enter with no ability I can see to remove

  • Update: 2023: app is basically ruined with subscriptions and ads. Flowers don't drop acorns (which buy new flowers) old available content is now premium, and it's slow and crashes. Old version so much better and easier and more appealing to the eyes. This one is laggy and slow, but functions and does what it's intended to do. It's cute enough and keeps me hydrated

  • I started in July 2023 and Loved this app as it was a great gamification for drinking water. After the 5.0 update though, it's pretty miserable. There's no real game anymore, it's just stamp collecting with intrusive ads and constant subscription pushes. The free version really limits what you can do, but it doesn't seem like the paid version offers much beyond some superficial cosmetics. Really bummed out as was really enjoying it prior to the update.

  • Back using the app, always helps bring my hydration back on track, not really captivating enough to keep using, but enough for a jump start ever so often
