Such a fraud company it is. They are showing the refunded amount has been credited to my account wallet but there was not a single penny was there in my wallet and when I tried to raise ticket it shows page is not working. poor customer service, I booked a bus ticket on 28 of March and bus operator informed me 4 hours before journey that bus will not come to my pickup location, even though location is available in mmt application, so bus operator said he will cancel the booking from his end and I will get full refund as the cancelation was from his end, I have raised requests for the same in mmt application, it's been 4 days and so far no updates and refund. They have lost their charm, they have just become brokers to hotel rather than being customer friendly. Worst service ever, it's better to find the hotel in other platforms who are still customer centric rather than being broker.2024-06-25 11:50:21

Never book holiday through MMT. They will charge the whole cancellation amount which in our case was 1 lakh for changing even a single hotel. The sales person made all kinds of promises when selling us the Greece package and later when we wanted to make change in our iteniary said it's not possible and any change will lead to cancellation charges. Please use a local travel agent. All my issues raised on their app are not responded yet.2024-06-25 08:09:23

Most useless customer support. No way to connect to an agent for issue through there IVR. It always connects you to wrong department. They make False promises of agent connect under 30 second when there is not even a way to connect to agent in IVR2024-06-24 15:09:16

What is wrong with this mmt. I booked a ticket last month, I got the money debited from my account but booking failed. I raised the refund request but didn't get my money back it's been month and a day now. I don't know what is the problem with the assistance there. Serve well mmt!
