The Worst app update I've ever seen. All about candy and appearance and loss of functionality, feels like an alpha version. The worst thing is that it now shows the duration of the video on top of the videos, I dont want to know how long the match is, I want to have the excitement of wheter it will go 3 rounds or end with a stoppage. Fight pass is solid with practically every fight in the past 15+ years, a 'live TV' feature, and lots of non-UFC stuff like EBI, Submission Underground, etc. The functionality is terrible though. You can't search for full cards, like trying to watch all the fights from UFC 241. The app freezes or crashes several times in the span of an hour. It doesn't allow you to pick a fighter and watch their career which seems like the most applicable use case for it. It can be very frustrating2024-11-04 19:11:07

The app needs work. This review is for the app and not the fight pass service. There is no option for offline viewing, so every video is a stream, which this app sucks at. You can't fast forward without the playback freezing and having to start over. Live streams that I've watched were VERY problematic and important exchanges were missed due to freezing. The recent has updated has ruined search functions when looking for specific content and it has ruined the in video navigation when watching an event. They've removed functions such as menu of fights within the video for quick navigation. They've removed the searching through weight category and rankings library. They've removed each fighter having an account and the ability to search through their account in chronological order to see all their fights. ALL the stuff that was good? Dana White please fix fight pass! The app needs refinement. The customer service staff needs to be replaced! I have been billed twice in one month! Two charges of $9.99 and I was still locked out from streaming anything on fightpass. The customer service people told me my subscription was not active!!! Had app and subscribed for 5yrs. App always freezes after 15mins play time. Always have to back out of event and play again. Never seems to rebuffer, app is worse on xbox. Frustrating when u pay $60 for a main event and u miss half of it. Monthly subscription is expensive and then main events on top of that.2024-11-02 11:03:56
