It's been 5 or maybe 6 years now playing it. Just like any other, have to spend cash to catch up with other players. If not, players can patiencely collect credit to purchase high level heroes and gain resources to level up equipments accessories. Overall opinion, its competitive and challenging. Customer service is the worst I have seen in any game or business, run by a team with no supervisor to contact person Allen at customer service. Update: I recommend you stay away from this ever increasing money hungry corrupt game. Customer service has had me held hostage since may of 2019 and no way to get any response for over a week.
