Rules are not clear, customer support is horrible. Paid for a package and didn't receive what I thought I would be getting. Ricardo with customer support seems to struggle with comprehending that is False advertisement. I requested a return on my money or to switch the funds to the package I would need to get the item I was looking for. Not his problem is essentially what I gather. Do not waste your money here. I uninstalled this game because the enemy levels are ridiculous, they take 2 at the time from you and you only take 1 at the time when attacking towers, plus the new levels are almost impossible to finish, and in top you have to level up your castle in order to continue to play more levels and that takes forever and it's just tedious, I rather not play this than to waste time in stuff most players don't care about2024-05-20 22:10:37

Too much side content that doesn't have any bearing on the main game. Main game gets impossible at higher levels and then you're limited on how many times you can play. Counterintuitive when you can only play the main portion of the game so often. I'd like to spend more than 10 minutes playing at a time but I have to wait for my energy to regenerate. I've held off reading this game for almost a year now. at first it is very much as the ads show and that was great. After that it turns into the typical global war style game, but it continues to hold that original game charm. I've now reached castle level 29 and haven't put a dollar into the game. That being said, you can definitely boost up faster with paying, but the point is, you do not need to in order to be competitive.
