Since this massive "update" its become the most unusable version of this app ever. Buses appear one day and not the next, you try to look up the timetable and it downloads a pdf that can't be opened (which isn't helped by arriva taking down all the physical timetables and replacing them with ads for this junk) and the live tracking seems completely unreliable too. Appaling. Not only does it predict delays inaccurately, it also crashes far too frequently and the map is totally inaccurate (it shows buses far from their actual location). The bus service in my area is bad enough as it is, with buses failing to appear and delays an everyday occurrence, as well as the bus timetable innacurate and unreliable. I keep having this issue with the bus location, and I cannot rely on this app at all for bus times, locations and delays. Fix this.2024-05-21 19:54:25

Complete con. Had an issue after reinstalling app where it would no longer accept the barcode on the bus. Tried reinstalling again and now not allowed to activate the ticket because "Ticket was recently transferred to a new device and so cannot be activated". I played £72 for this what are you talking about cannot be activated. It is linked to my email address. Con artists. Absolute trash. I am not paying again.2024-05-21 18:39:36

If I could leave zero stars I would. Got locked out of the app for two weeks before eventually getting through to customer services (no live chat option, no response to email, on hold for an hour) as the drivers had said it was fixed and nearly wouldn't let me on. Even now I can access my account the stupid thing isn't working as it's saying my ticket is active on another device when it isn't. Absolute waste of space of an app.2024-05-17 16:18:22

One of the most fustrating apps ive ever used! Keeps crashing as well as being slow to open in certain areas. Live updates are always wrong and is never correct. Ive had too many issues with this app. Even though it is convenient and stops to waste paper, ive lost money too many times with tickets going missing and with the app keeping on crashing for it to be Truely worth using. The app is way under developed... 9 times out 10 on the live map buses don't or won't load and no longer give a clear indication of delayed running. The permanent top bar covering 1/4 of the map is frustrating and shows a lack of practical testing. Others have full bus warnings but i dont see this as added feature which with the current reduced capacity rules still in place is a massive let down. The app needs alot of work.2024-05-16 02:07:07
