well not liking my mobile service it was great at first until I got my 1st bill after all I paid in the 1st place to get my phone all set up and plan but took quite some time like over and hour for sure and still wasn't completed didn't get everything set up and completed until many hours later and still haven't seen my account credited what it should b and just too much money for a not so good service it's definitely not much better from last time not a happy customer2024-05-27 12:41:25

Customer service became horrible as of late. They make you wait for a really long time on hold without option of callback, and when they finally do answer they dont actually get stuff resolved. Really the worst cuwtomer experience i have had in quite some time.2024-05-27 02:38:52

This is an awful app to use to set up payment arrangements with. I set it up at 8am & received confirmation auto-pay would be paused then at 4pm I received a text thanking me for my full payment. I called 611 and got the worst unkind rep, Sydney, t-mobile must have! She had no empathy for the situation & faked niceness. I requested a supervisor & she kept asking why & she kept me on a mute hold for a long time. Spoke with nice sup who said she was her sup. I want them to listen to the call.2024-05-26 21:16:58

App never leaves me signed in even after checking the box to do so. Has to glitch as can be. Might just be the expensive phone messing up. But all around, I have never had an easy use of the app.2024-05-26 08:18:54

Samsung give me replacement phone mine was defective still under warranty I couldn't be without phone and send mine then let them send new. T-Mobiles wanted 20 to have mailed to store. I paid my down to about 20$ when I chose not to use them any longer they locked phone and have not considered letting me have back without paying every dime they want2024-05-26 02:06:32
