Items typically take a month before you get them. I am usually able to find the same deals on identical products on Amazon or eBay and they ship way faster. Plus they will take your money and then a month later cancel your order without telling you and then refuse to refund your shipping money despite the issue being 100% their fault.2024-06-17 17:05:04

Hit or miss. Some deals are actually deals; and some are the same deals on the brand website. Also, I wish you could filter by material. Zulily has lots of great looking clothes and linens but then once you fall in love and click, it's polyester and microfibre. I'd love to be able to filter out anything that has "polyester" or "microfibre" in the description. No more plastic fabrics.2024-06-17 08:55:58

App is good, but there are a few items that I would consider if I were apart of there technology team. 1) have the "Size Charts" in with the tab so when you scroll through size information is already linked 2) have a designation of an item previously saved/loved on the face of the item which would save the customer time. 3) be cognizant of the tabs like "unique find," or "buy 1 get 1" etc., are covering pertinent information about the item that we can't see. The app is very easy to use. I've used Zulily for several years now and they continue to have the best customer service. There has been a few rare occasions when something was broken upon arrival or wrong item shipped, but this has happened maybe twice in the past two years. Love love love the variety and process available on this app! I've been a loyal customer for many years and have never been disappointed with anything I've ordered. The ONLY thing negative I can say is that the cost of shipping is annoying - my advice is to place a small order on Friday afternoon, pay the shipping, then place the rest of your order(s) throughout the rest of the weekend, when you've automatically earned free shipping because of your Friday order.
