Helps every time. I'm grateful for the app and my girlfriend for getting it for me. It'd be cool if they added a function that allows an LLM to give you feedback and encouragement based on what you write in your reflections during the check-ins. I'm finding ChatGPT helpful for practicing positive and solution-oriented thinking. It'd be cool if something like that was available inside the Calm app that people could opt into.2024-07-21 21:05:13

Tip: Don't let the features you first see fool you. This app/website has been around for a while, and has built up quite a library. I would bet over half of Calm's material can only be found be by using the search function, so give it a go. For example, search for "master class," and see the boatload of material you otherwise wouldn't have known about.2024-07-21 12:24:30

Audio stops when switching to other apps, the UI for the scenes is horrible. App looks like a social media app on Z fold 5. Scenes do not work on the web. I can never find what I want in this app, empty scrolling. Useless for my needs.2024-07-20 10:32:07

I love this app its awesome it costs a lot of money but has helped me with sleep pain and even negative emotions and thoughts I can listen to calming music and even sleep stories 5stars (recommend if anxiety issues or stress or cannot sleep very well or lots of pain etc ) But I also think for some sleep stories the music is louder that the person talking so I have to turn the volume down but then I can't hear the person speaking. It would be cool if they added the same sleep storie without music2024-07-20 01:18:32

Used to have more things free. Interface was confusing to find something, but because it was free I put up with it. Now hardly anything is available for free and I'm retired now so not so worried about getting to sleep timely. I can sleep whenever. Uninstalling.2024-07-19 21:50:48

Just because one's an adult, we ALL need a little TLC and bedtime stories, soundscapes, meditations and more make this adult very relaxed and comforted. I usually fall asleep before the story is finished but some of the sleep stories are so funny, I laugh more and am wide awake at story's end! And lately, some of the newer sleep stories are really BORING, like a professor teaching a class or the Bob Ross painting lesson. My favorite stories are the ones told by the people with foreign accents.2024-07-19 20:50:13
